Selling the first session from Dwight Salley’s
wonderful glass collection. He had spent over forty years
curating his collection, always looking for that rare or unusual
piece to enhance his collection. This auction will consist of
over 75 pieces of colored Steuben glassware, Loetz art glass,
Tiffany, great Victorian art glass, many Mary Gregory decorated
pieces, Burmese glassware, Baccarat, Moser Czechoslovakia art
glass and more beautiful glass. ALL ITEMS WILL BE SOLD TO THE HIGHEST BIDDER – ABSOLUTELY NO RESERVES!

ABSENTEE BIDS WILL BE ACCEPTED WITH A DEPOSIT. Bids will be executed as if you were present and bidding. An additional 5% buyer’s premium is charged on all absentee bids.
TERMS:
ALL OTHER CHECKS MUST BE PRE-APPROVED PRIOR TO THE AUCTION. If you are not known to us, we reserve the right to hold the merchandise until the check clears. It is also agreed that Pence Auction may photograph and fingerprint anyone writing a check. A valid driver’s license required for registration.
All items will be sold “AS IS.” Pence Auction makes no warranties or representations, express or implied with respect to the correctness of descriptions, genuineness, condition or authenticity of any lot sold. Upon the declaration of “Sold” by the auctioneer, the winning bidder is thereby bound by contact to fulfill their obligation of submitting payment per the auction terms. Bidding on any items indicates your acceptance of these terms and all other terms announced at the time of the sale. It is recommended that all prospective buyers attend the pre-sale exhibition.
